COVID-19 Information

The safety of our community is our first priority.

Therefore, the following mandatory regulations apply at the RuhrSec Day 2022 conference venue:

• Each attendee is obliged to wear a medical mask (FFP2/KN95 masks are recommended) if they cannot maintain the minimum distance (1.5m) to other people. This also applies if they are seated during the talks. The mask may only be removed temporarily for eating or drinking.
• Each attendee is obliged to follow the "AHA" instructions (distance, hygiene, mask).
• Persons suffering from symptoms of illness are not allowed to enter the conference venue (regardless of their vaccination or recovery status).

To protect your health in the best possible way, we are taking the following additional measures:

• The maximum number of attendees has been reduced to allow more distance between attendees.
• Entrance and ticket control will be handled without close personal contact.
• Hand sanitizers will be provided at the conference venue.
